Refund Policy

It is our goal to ensure every order is accurate and meets our quality standards. If you have received a defective item or the wrong item, you may be eligible for a refund. We have a 10-day refund policy, which means you have ten calendar days after receiving your item to request a refund.
 

We do not offer refunds for any other reason (such as change of mind, wrong item ordered by mistake, or buyer's remorse). 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, contact us first so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please remember this needs to be completed within ten calendar days of delivery.

 

We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. All unsolicited products will not be refunded or returned.

 

We will notify you once we have refunded you. You will receive the refund on your original form of payment within five business days. Please be advised it may take additional time for your bank to process and post the refund to your account.
