Order Processing

Order processing begins within 24 hours of placement, from Monday through Saturday. Please note that as an artisan business, our handling time can take up to three business days before your package is handed over to the carrier. Once your order is processed and prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery

For orders of $35 or more, we are pleased to offer free standard shipping.

 

We ship all orders via USPS. For all other orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

 

While the final delivery date is determined by USPS, most orders typically arrive within 8 to 10 business days after leaving our Gainesville workroom. Please account for potential carrier delays during peak holiday seasons or inclement weather.

At this time, Better Things ships to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
